You need your delegate/invoice number and outstanding balance in order to proceed. Please note that NomadIT is receiving these funds on behalf of EAJS.

If you are able to give a reference, please give your invoice number. On completion of your payment please send a scan of your transaction to eajs(at)nomadit.co.uk, with subject “EAJS2026 payment by bank transfer” to help identify your payment. Without such evidence we cannot guarantee to identify and allocate your payment to your record, and hence may continue to pursue you for payment.
Cancellation
20th of July 2026 – ticket changes before can be refunded; full cancellations will be refunded minus the admin fee of 50€.
Later cancellations or refunds will not be possible due to costs occurred.
